Valid ID with signature

Prepare a valid ID with your signature before applying. Most government-issued IDs with photo and signature are accepted, including the SRRC for foreign applicants. View the full list.

Prepare your in-house wiring

We will install your Fiber modem and telephone unit in a convenient area in your house. However, in-house wiring will be care of the customer via electrician or building admin.

Secure Gate Pass & Permits

Subscribers must secure entry/gate pass and/or permits (as necessary) prior to installation services of PLDT Home field personnel inside gated villages, subdivisions, closed areas, or townhomes.
